At the beginning of each semester there is a FULL REFUND period. During this time books that were purchased for the current semester can be returned for a FULL REFUND only if you have the original receipt. The Full Refund Period is for a short period of time at the beginning of each semester. The date is always posted on the bottom of your receipt. Posted deadline date for Full Refund does not apply to short courses or interim courses.

How do you level my character?

We assign 4 expert players,24hur/day to leveling your character, they kill monster over and over again and do simple quests to upgrade your character. All the work is done by real person , we never use bots or macros.

Do you use bots or macros?

No! We do not use any bots, macros or any other third parties in-game behavior that is forbidden to perform our services. We have over 200+ employees that personally work on your character. This ensures your character is leveled the safest way possible.

Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?

No! We will never involve your character in PKing, KSing, farming or any other behavior that is frowned upon.

What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?

Normally we will respond as if AFK when another player sends you a tell, however if a GM sends you a tell we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though. If you have any specific answers you would like us to use, please just let us know and we will be sure to use them.

Do I keep the money & items gained while you train my character?

Yes, all the equipment and gold which gained in the leveling are belong to you,we won`t take them away.

After I pay, When do you start to level?

Normally, we start leveling within 30m after receiving your order. Sometimes our departments can get full and it may take longer for your order to start.In this condition,we`ll inform you at once and let you know the waiting time.

How is my information protected from hackers/fraudsters?

(1) There may have been an error on your order, a mis-spelt character name or complications with payment.
2)If you have been unavailable to receive your order, we may call you to ask you to collect your order ingame, if remote delivery is not available.
3) For largers orders, we must confirm your identity and legitimate possesion of the card orPaypal account you are using to pay. This serves to decrease fraud and deter scammers, something which benefits all our customers and MMORPG players.
4) If you are worried about an order or have not managed to resolve an issue via e-mail,we may call you to assure you and help resolve any problems you are having

What time are you likely to call me regarding an order?

Why do your prices change so frequently?

We raise and lower our prices in accordance with market supply and demand. When supply is short and demand is high, prices will increase. How to pay with "Credit card through paypal"?
