A full refund is when you receive all your money back if your account gets banned during our powerleveling progress.

At the beginning of each semester there is a FULL REFUND period. During this time books that were purchased for the current semester can be returned for a FULL REFUND only if you have the original receipt. The Full Refund Period is for a short period of time at the beginning of each semester. The date is always posted on the bottom of your receipt. Posted deadline date for Full Refund does not apply to short courses or interim courses.
